The Model, on the other hand, aimed at preventing the predicate offenses expressly indicated by the legislation, contains a series of preventive protocols prepared to ensure the performance of the activity in accordance with and in compliance, among others, with the rules of sound and correct administration and management, as well as protecting the health and safety of workers and the environment.

The Treee Group believes that relations with customers and other stakeholders must be carried out in compliance with and in compliance with the principles expressed in the Group's Code of Ethics and Model 231 also available at our offices.

With the same Resolution, the Company appointed a Supervisory Body, whose task is to supervise the functioning and observance of the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted by the company.

Failure to comply with the Code of Ethics and the Model can be reported via the dedicated e-mail address odv@treee.it. The Supervisory Body guarantees the confidentiality of what has been communicated and the identity of the whistleblower is protected in every context following the report, except for the cases in which liability by way of slander and defamation is configurable pursuant to the provisions of the Criminal Code or of the art. 2043 cc and cases in which anonymity is not enforceable by law (eg criminal, tax, administrative investigations, inspections by supervisory bodies).
