For years, Treee has been committed to engaging the areas in which it operates not only to share the created value with local communities, but also to multiply the positive impacts generated by its business. In order to spread a culture based on respect for the environmenta and on the importance of the e-waste recycling for the correct disposal of their "dangerous components" and for the recovery of fractions of value, we collaborate with institutions and national bodies to raise awareness in the society.
In this context, Treee has recently supported RACCOLTA RAEE in a communication project aimed at citizens, #LoveRaeeCircle.
Among the many RACCOLTA RAEE initiatives, #LoveRaeeCircle intends to disseminate the message on a national scale about the primary role of people in the collection of WEEE and the benefit generated by the recycling of electrical and electronic waste which allows the recovery of many raw materials to be reused in new production processes.
Treee participated by describing the activities of recycling, recovery and enhancement of the materials contained in electronic waste; in particular, it presented the Flat Screens treatment process carried out at its Rho Plant (MI).
